Q:
What if my child is bringing an additional piece of luggage
that was not on the original registration form?
A: You can contact us and mail us a check (please see
pricing) if you have ample time prior to pick up. If you
don’t have time, you can pay our driver at the time of pick
up.
Q: I don’t have luggage tags or have enough tags for my
luggage?
A: The driver will have extra tags on the day of pick up.
Q: I don’t know my child’s bunk?
A: We coordinate with the camp on the day we bring the
luggage to camp to locate your child’s bunk.
Q: What if I cannot be home the day of pick up?
A: We will collect your luggage from an outside location if
you are not home. Our drivers are instructed to ring the
door and if no one answers, they are to look around the
premises to see if the luggage is outside.
Q: What if I am out of town on the day of pick up/return?
A: First we ask to see if a neighbor or someone you know
who is attending the same camp to hold the luggage until
the pick up or accept if upon return. However, it the above
is not workable, we will make every attempt to accommodate
your need for a change of pick up. Unfortunately, we cannot
warehouse your luggage after camp ends, so we would need to
make arrangements for your luggage.
Q: What if I need my luggage picked up or delivered to a
different address?
A: Contact our office, and we will change our records.
Please note that if you need to return your luggage to a
different address then we picked up from; please indicate
the correct return address on the luggage tags.
