For your
convenience, you may now register your campers’ luggage
information online. Visit our website
www.adstrucking.com. If you
are unable to use our online process, please contact our
office and we will be happy to forward you a registration
form.

Pick up
and return dates will again be accessible on our website.
No postcards will be sent.
♦
One Way
services are available for 2/3 the round trip price.
♦
Refunds
will be issued upon receipt of written request of
cancellation within 72 hours prior to the scheduled day of
pick up or the last day of camp. If only one portion of
service is canceled, 1/3 of round trip fare (not including
late fee) will be refunded.
♦
We
strongly recommend that an additional form of
identification be placed on your child’s luggage in
addition to the tags included in this packet.
♦
We
recommend that you line your soft trunks with plastic to
prevent bleeding of color.
♦
WE WILL NOT TRANSPORT ANY TYPE OF LUGGAGE WITH WATER OR
WEIGHTS ENCLOSED. WE ALSO DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR LUGGAGE
DAMAGE DUE TO EXCESSIVE WEIGHT OR INTERNAL WATER DAMAGE.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CASES OF WATER FOR TRANSPORTATION TO
CAMP.

Our fees
starting at $105.00
will
cover up to and include two standard pieces of luggage.
Additional fees are charged for oversized luggage and if a
camper is sending additional luggage. See charts below for
luggage measurements and additional luggage fees.

A late
fee of $20.00 will be charged to all registrations not
received by June 11 (first/full sessions)
and July
11 (second session.)
